We would be interested in knowing from businesses in the South West on how they manage their daily transactions through technology. We are specifically interested in those businesses that have a retail outlet and want to develop an eCommerce site to promote and sell their products.
Our interest is in knowing the complexities that you may have encountered when trying to manage the business when orders are coming from many directions – shop, e-mail, web site, telephone and so on.
